Poor service delivery from metro bus

We are experiencing bus problems for route 46 in the morning 6:30 and 18:30 bus but 5, 5:30 and 6:30am are there, it's been more than 2 weeks that we don't have the 6am bus from Rosettenville to Johannesburg hospital. Last week Friday I took a petition to metro bus concerning this matter but still nothing has been done and on the petition we as passengers asked also for the 18:30 coming from Johannesburg hospital to Rosettenville. Since the driver got sick early this year since then no bus. I have called Siphesihle Mdaka on both cell phone numbers but she does not answer and I send her emails concerning this issue still no reply even called the Faraday depot no answer it goes to voice mail. It's winter and it's not safe to stand in the bus stop either morning or evening waiting for the bus while other routes do have busses. Can you please assist with this issue. I know they will say they don't have busses.
