Poor Metro buss Service

I am highly disappointed in Meteobus service Route 6D afternoon bus from Woodmead to Gandi Square There is, never ef a bus for us the passengers.. The Morning Driver is always there in the morning Driver is, Jabu and he leaves 6h15,Everyday and the afternoon Driver is Jeff We are currently getting no service from the afternoon driver even the dispatch Manager at the Milpark Depot Mr Nimza he is a very arrogant person when we lay complains and tell me to stop calling to complain there is nothing he can do to make sure there is a bus in the afternoon This route only have one bus morning and afternoon so when there is no bus the passenger is stranded. Thers is 3 disable passengers, elderly people, and school kids that really depend on this afternoon bus the pitch 2,a week out of the 5 days We are loading monthly taggs for Meteobus to give us a service which we the Passengers of the 6D route are been fighting this issues for over a year now.. Metro Bus Director please allocate one driver for this routs PLEASE morning and afternoon.. We demand a service because we pay for our taggs
