Poor bus service and got attitude

<p>I got 3 children that take the metro shcool bus,they had to walk home twice in a row and nearly got ******,when i phoned the head office this guy that picked up the is a driver but is sitting in a office, then when i asked him if somthing happens to my kidd what are yus gone say, hez reply is(nothing) what a poor services metro bus got,but im not done with this service im gine take it further,please can somone assist me on this issue THANK YOU. </p>
