Pathetic disgusting service

Metrobus is the most oathetic badly managed bus company for years of travelling with them.they dont csre about customer service and complaining just does not help.the call centre number ********** is also useless.numerous calls made about route 13 and still no buses.called so many times about a hslf past four number 13 bus and still nothing.despstchers are rude and a dont care attitude is always there.i have spoken to talita mangiwe at call centre and was told i have tl call depot as they getti g no response.why is my question.number 13 bus which leaves gandhi square at 5 is overloaded and this is a safety concern.pathetic service and we pay for this
