Overcharged and Bad Attitude

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning i took the number 79 bus from Johannesburg CBD(Harrison str) to Parktowhn North, 7th Avenue, the 2nd bus stop from The Woolworths corner. I paid the price of exactly R15.00 when i usually pay R12.00. I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS and explained my frustrations to the lady who drove the bus. she refused to give me back my full change and only gave me a R5.00 out of the R20.00 I had paid her with. MIND YOU, the bus ticket displayed an amount of R14.00, which is the price of Parkhurst. She then went on and dispalyed a bad attitude towards me and even call me a ****, insisting that i said, i get off in Parkhurst and not Parktown North. Now explain to me how I would lie about something like this. I have been taking this bus since 2015. This ruined my whole morning as she even refused to change the tag to the price that i am supposed to pay, SHE FLIPPEN SAW ME GET OFF IN PARKTOWN NORTH AND NOT PARKHURST. How unfair is this? I will not calm down iuntill I get immediate feedback from Metrobus. I will go as far as taking this to my social media.</p>
