NOT STOPPING TO PICK UP THE PEOPLE

This is the second day where the Route 420 driver(from Westgate to Randburg) drives past us in Florida. Yesterday drove past us, we knew there is another bus at 7.15, but when she drove past only showed 3 fingers and drove past. This morning the Route 420 driver just simply drove past.With us in full view of the bus driver, and he knows to pick us up. This is a service we are paying for, because we unfortunately have no other means of transport, yet the driver just drives past. 2 warnings today, thank you soooooo much Metrobus. Can't believe drivers dont get monitored. Do you have to pay the driver to stop for you(as i've heard) Disgraceful.
