Metrobus services just sucks!!!!!

Firtstly there are no numbers or names on bus stops or busses. Secondly the bus drivers are very unhelpful and very rude. Thirdly people wait hours for busses making them late for work and school. When we asked at Ghandi Square what the problem was they told us that busses are in for repairs. Why do they have so many routes but are unable to keep to the times on the timetables????? Why must i fill my bus tag if I have to go to the taxirank and take a taxi to get to work or get home. I am seriously ****ed off by this and would rather use the taxi service because i get to work on time and don't get into trouble with my boss.
