Metrobus Refund

After putting my disappointment review on hellopeter regarding my refund, I got an email to resend the documents they asked and yet again, they said that I will get my money within 7 - 14 days, time went by and I got an email that their system is not built for refunds and they still working on refunding us. This company and it's management is just one big joke
