Metrobus Joburg: ****** nd bad attitude

The bus did not arrive at 13:30 as per schedule. I called the station 3 times before the call was answered, I spent another 10 minutes waiting on the call before I was told that the driver could not be found. The manager was also not availabe. The bus finally arrived at 13:50 - late, then the driver over charged an elderly indian woman. When I told him that he had overcharged her, he said that he cannot see that she's old! So I said well then correct your mistake. He tells me to go get an education...I work for consumer education and have been to universities (plural) nd am currently studying. I told him so and he calls me a ****** name. I call the complaintts department where I'm told that I must keep the elderly ladies ticket and report him!...but the lady told me that she will contact Hello Peter. When I was getting off the bus I thanked him and notified him that I have reported him. He screams that I treat my helpers badly! I'm apparently a sick coolie!
