metro bus poor customer service

My name is Sylvia Mbele I travel with metro bus when I go to work from protea glen ext 11 to four ways. Yesterday morning at 04H50 the bus driver named dakalo passed us at the bus stop n never stopped to take us to work ,today again we waited at the bus stop the bus never came metro bus does not respect commuters and we fill up our tags with trips so that we don't struggle with transport to work but due to metro we are seriously in trouble with our employer because of their poor customer service.
