I had a very awful encounter in the metro bus from Witpoortjie to Ghandi Square (Route 412)this morning,we were made to travel in a bus that had a shattered window,the cold breeze hitting so hard against our faces and the shattered pieces of glass falling on us with every hard curve and turn that the bus made.We pay for this service yet we receive utter ******* for Metrobus
