Late bus

Good day, since the bus drivers has been swapped around at the beginning of the month, my bus in the morning comes almost have hour later and I end up being late for work. I take the bus from Dorchester street in robertsham in johannesburg. The bus use to come between 5:20 am and 5:25 am, now the new driver comes between 5:45 and 5:50. This results in me missing the 5:45 am bus to sunninghill. Please assist in helping to get this resolved.
