Lack of buses and Safety concerns - Sandton to Gandhi

Good Day I have been a loyal Sandton City Metrobus Commuter for the past 5 years and have never in the past experienced such terrible services. With the strike that recently occurred it seems as if the morning buses have been arriving timeously, however I think that Metro seems to have forgotten that we need to actually reach home as well. I have been waiting from 15:45 everyday for the bus, however there is only 1 5D bus that is either a single or double decker that passes Sandton City at approximately 4pm and is always full, the driver therefore has no choice but to leave us. There is no number 5 bus that passes thereafter for the next hour. We sometimes manage to get a number 8 (Stock exchange bus that arrives at around 16:50pm. Yesterday we only reached town at 18:20pm and it was dark, furthermore we had to walk a few blocks down to get to Gandhi. Besides being dark and cold this is extremely dangerous and I fear for my safety always. As a result I managed to only get the no 54 bus at 7pm and reached home at 7:30pm. This is highly unfair, tiring and extremely fearful. Please can metro bus put the safety of the commuters at all all time priority and 1 way is by providing more buses from the Sandton to Gandhi route at all times in the afternoons as well.
