inconsistent and reckless driver

Hi. I have a sister who has Downs Syndrome but she is diabetic as well so her eyesight is poor. We have enrolled her into Harvey Cohen and they take great care of her as she cant stay with anyone we are all working.

My biggest problem is their transport system. They have a belligerent bus driver who is not sensitive to his passengers. So my sister has to go to the clinic every mont and she alerts the driver not to come,but he comes still and when he finds that she isn't there he doesnt show up for days on end as a punishment or whatever he could spend a whole week being a no show (mind you I wake her up everyday at 5) so when I finally let her sleep he happens to show up without alerting us at all and he does the same thing,doesnt come to pick up my sister. This makes me angry because when I did appeal to the school they said it was due to the strike but this pattern had been occuring way before the strike and even so wht dont they alert anybody or the parents that they will be coming. Im upset by this because we pay her fees every month consistently but the bus doesn't correlate with the consistent pay.

This bus driver also drives recklessly and drives off before my sister has had the chance to be seated and hw knows her condition.

You're my last hope of being heard and understood without complicating my sisters life.
