Horrible service delivery from all the staff

The Metrobus service is horrible. The busses never come on time or they don't pitch at all. The lady who works at the Metrobus Depot in Roodepoort is never on time and we end up missing our bus because you can't load your bus tag because the person who's supposed to do that is CONSISTENTLY LATE! You leave your house a few minutes earlier hoping to catch the bus only to find out that there are no busses at the bus stop. And not to mention the busses that are constantly breaking down. Prior to writing this review I spoke to one of the supervisors and all he said was "We'll talk to the drivers and fix this issue".
