Grateful

I realised that my phone was missing when I got home from work at Horison. I called it several times but it just rang with no answer. I remembered that the last place I saw it was in the bus. I thought that I may have dropped it in the 412 bus number 1034 on my way home from work. My mom and I quickly drove to the Roodepoort bus depot hoping to look in the bus incase it was there. Bus driver Tebogo whose shift was over went out of his way to help us look for it and by God's grace, he found it in the bus! I'm grateful to you Tebogo. You could teach some of your colleagues a thing or two about customer service. Thank you very much. May God bless you Sir!
