Going to school

I am so dissapointed with metrobus as my baby bus tag was unable to tag last Friday when she was tagging back from school thanks to the driver who assisted her by allowing her to come in . I normally buy 44 trips to accommodate the whole month and it has now left with 31 trips a proof from the same last receipt she had. Now my child won't be able to get to school because METROBUS is insisting for a receipt. Which school going child is able to keep a receipt for more than 44 trips? They say damaged tags will be transferred on MERIT, having a ticket proof is not enough.
