Faith Restored.

<p>I called the Metrobus offices in Johannesburg to report an incident that occured on 10/08/2016. I was refered to Esther Drier who was so kind and understanding, she took the details and said someone will contact me, i must admit i didnt hold my breath. I got a call from a gentlemen called Hendry Mpangana who went through the incident with me with complete courteuosness and professionalsm. This gentleman took swift action and sorted the matter with absolute grace and professional. Esther Drier and Hendry Mpangana thank you so much for being such heroes i am grateful.</p> <p>Norah</p>
