Either he doesn't come or is late

I take 5:35am bus in the morning from Elandspark (zone 4) to Ghandi. This morning I was at the bus stop from 5:15am . No bus came for 5:35am and 5:50am.People were stranded and ended up walking all the way till Electrons were Zone 3 starts and catch taxis.I also walked to catch a taxi to Ghandi. 6:20 I got to Ghandi to my surprise as always there he was dropping off people. and all the commuters are from Zone 3 to 2. When this guy is late its either he makes a U-turn at Zone3 or leaves Elandspark around 5:55am. This practice has got to stop because they make us late at work. People are dismissed for late coming and why Metrobus drivers are acting out like its not a job for them and are not obligated to anything. Zone4 drivers are really failing the commuters. Even inspectors comes to Elandspark once in blue-moon hence this practice. Elandspark commuters are frustrated as hell and nothing seems to be done by Metrobus. This is very frustrating and they are costing( the very same people contributing to them having jobs) us our jobs and safety as the bus stops are in an open place.
