Danger of Metrobus

I am concerned about the service of Metrobus. Busses are packed to capacity. People stand in the bus from the time you enter to the time you get off at your stop. What happens when there is a accident and the busses are so packed? Does not help to call Metrobus because you will not get through on any number. Bad service.
