Centurion Bus Problem

The quality of service provided by the Metro Bus line that travels to Centurion has left me quite dissatisfied. Although they made sure to cancel the cash trips and everyone is now using tags, they never provide us with a bus that is roomy enough to accommodate everyone; instead, they consistently offer us buses that are far too slow and have fewer seats than 40. Our daily commute to work requires standing, which is straining for elderly folks. They prioritize the best buses for short routes, while we, who are paying more, are neglected on purpose. We have attempted to contact their management about this, but nothing appears to be happening.
