Buses are over crowded and Rude Driver Nomvula

Good day

I am not satisfied with the metrobus service . When it rains it's like we are outside. The water comes in the bus and we get to school and work extremely wet. Your buses are constantly late, especially on a Monday to work and not to mention that they don't have enough buses.The buses are overcrowded and especially when you are standing and Thomas is driving a roller coaster and hit brakes hard that the whole bus goes forward and we collide with one another and that sometimes causes a commotion because some people do not understand that it's not done on purpose and secondly it's impossible to stand from Protea Glen to stand all the way to sandton..The buses are constantly full..Some of us have got operations and are traveling with kids and now we have to hold the child all the way from soweto to Sandton and get to work creased.. This is not fair...Please kindly assist us as we are experiencing bad attitudes from Nomvula and nothing is done. Please assist.
