Buses are always late or they never show up! 57 (Naturena)

I take the 57 (Naturena) bus in the morning and afternoon. Buses are always late or they never show up and when when we do get a bus its so full because the bus that had to come before that one did not come. This is a continues problem we complain about the 57 but the problem is never resolved.

Every year the is an increase for the bus fare but the service deteriorate. Buses that get stuck in the morning. (and we are left with no alternative.) Buses without number to show where it is going. ( bus drivers leave us and pass us with our stopping)

Disappointing in the goverment.
