Bus Hire Quotation

Dear Sir or Madam<br> <br> <br> <br> Kindly note I have been calling the Metro bus offices on *** requesting a person that deals with bus quotations from March 2015 and they have been sending me from one person to the next without getting the right person to call me or assist me in the matter.<br> <br> <br> <br> Today as I have sent another email to [Email Removed] who did not have the courtesy to reply and tell me that I have sent an e-mail to the wrong person, I called and asked for him who referred me to another person where the phone rang without anyone answering and it went back to Reception and I spoke to Cynthia who could not wait to transfer my call without hearing what I actually wanted to say.<br> <br> <br> <br> Is it that hard to just refer a client to a relevant person? Why Metro hired these people if they cant answer a simple e-mail that brings business, I could have went to PUTCO and other bus hiring companies but I want Metro Bus.<br> <br> <br> <br> I asked Cynthia if I can have the name of the person that deals with complaints and she said she cant give me the name of the person that I should complain to.<br> <br> <br> <br>
