Bus driver insults

This afternoon i tried to stop a bus at the robots at regents park, the bus driver was waiting at the robots and so i signed to him that I'd be going in the bus. he started signing and shaking his head and not opening the bus door. So i had to ask him, (outside) what he was actually saying. He then opened the door and swore at me exclaiming "Cant you hear that I'm saying I'm not taking any passengers". yet he has passagers in the bus and hes driving towards the destination. meaning he will pass through where I'm going to and he is taking passagers. I really don't understand why he is still working at metrobus if he'll choose what passangers he wants in the bus. Bus number plate "FN 72 NP" time: 15:00pm destination:Braamfontein to South Hills
