BUS 54 the bus that never Pitch

I am so very disappointed about metro bus every time I want to use your services I get the great disappointment. I arrived at just after 12 there was no bus went to the information center they gave me a time table there was a bus that was suppose to arrive at 12:30 but it did not pitch I waited till 13:20 waiting for bus that is not arriving, I went back to the information center they told me to look for dispatchers that were nowhere to be found, buy this time I am late at work and I have to now rush to Faraday to catch a taxi. Your service is pathetic and this is not the first time this happens, there are old people that had to wait for more than a hour waiting for a bus. 2 ladys had to walk as well to the taxis after waiting this long, what must we do in this situation when we leave our homes early to get the bus but we end up being late I thought the bus is reliable to I was wrong it's most unreliable means of transport I have ever seen I advise any people that are going to important places like interviews not to us the rather go for a taxi.
