Bad Service from Metrobus

Metrobus for the past few weeks the experience has been a nightmare. The buses going to sandton from ghandi square and visa versa, they either leave before time that we know from their schedule or they are totally late. the lateness is the one that happens most often especially in the morning at Ghandi Square. The queue will be so long that if there isn't any dispature person there, we will stand until we are far too late. Most of us there we are going to work and we will be late and as this happens most often now, I am not sure if they understand they putting our jobs at risk, yet they tell us to strictly load tags for a minimum of 10trips, there is no pay as you go. They are making money out of us but the service is so damn poor. They just don't care!
