Appalling service and *********** bus comlany

Shocking service and total disregard for commuters.buses taken off routes despatchers dont care and to bust talking abd having a social gathering tha worrying about how buses are running.call centre says we must call back in 3 working days but nothing is resolved no more number 4 bus and there is only a number 13 from gandhi square at 4.10 as driver has been told by passengers on this route they eant to get home earlier.commuters at peak hour from 04.30 onwards must justwait for five to an overpacked bus *********** driver and getting home after 6 at night.no use complainig as nobody cares.apalling disgusting service
