520 busses not hounoring their set out Routes ,

I lodge a complaint with Metrobus on the 16th March 2018 ,the complaint was reffered to Hendry Mpangane ********** with regards to the 520 bus drivers that dont follow the bus route and the fact that i have to walk a far distance at 5;30 am to get the bus .I have enquired from the company i have send him the route that is set out the distance that i have to walk and even send and image of the risk and the danger that is imposed and until today no feedback or any comunication has been recieved .The sad part is that one of the bus drivers pointed out the fact that the busses should pass there .If any harm befals me pass my nearest 520 BUSSTOP to get a bus i will be keeping Metrobus responsible
