Good Morning

As per your response regarding the shortage of busses, i was advised last year November that there will be new busses in the next two weeks but now we still have a problem 2 months later and there is still no busses and everybody seems to be turning a blind eye or thinking that we are fools. I went to load my tag at the princess crossing depo in December and there wasso many busses standing there.

This is NO DAMN way to be treating paying customers every month tags are being loaded but the service is just getting worse I will be putting this on HELLOPETER too as i am just not getting any satisfaction.
