Terrible!!!

The worst service ever! We had new covers made for our cushions- what a disaster! After paying R531 per cushion, after four and a half weeks we received it back and it was absolutely horrific! Skew zips, piping messy and ALL the covers were too big and they WROTE the reference number with a permanent marker on our cover!! (We waited for more than an hour for them to find our covers after the sales rep told us someone already collected it- turns out he just had to go look for a third time!) We took it back, “we are so sorry the factory will fix their mistake” Three and a half weeks later we received our covers (after phoning them) half of it are in better condition- still messy and skew (I just don’t want to go through everything again) zips on the other half of the covers are shortened by almost 10cm making it impossible to pull the cover over the cushion! Oh and the number they wrote on our cover “sorry sir it is one of those things”

Absolutely the worst customer service and overcharged service ever!!
