They are always late, never let a person know.

I am seriously ****ed off with Metro taxi's as I have made a urgent immediate booking with them and they told me my Cab is on the way. I waited for 40min for them. When the guy arrived he still had to drop people off and then pick me up! It's not the first time as it's happened three times before where I waited between an hour and an hour and a half! They don't even have the decency to call or let a person know that they are running late! Please can you guys do something about this because it's ridiculous as I'm a paying customer and expect good service!!
