Metro cabs in pietermaritzburg

I received such poor service from metro cabs in pietermaritzburg. It's not even the 1st time this happens, I called this cabs and the operator told me it will be there in 15-20mins and it was 30mins later still no car outside. I called again they said 5mins away, 15mins passed by still nothing, so I called again the operator said it's by turning by the corner I went outside no car only arrived 5mins later. I was going to take a bus to Pretoria by the time it got there the bus have left already.i waited for the cab close to an hour and even the last operator I got was very rude.
