Unprofessional Service

My is Sybil, I am disappointment with the service I have received from the above mentioned company, They have deducted my money twice in a row from my bank account without my approval, I made the consultant aware of this and since then I have been given false promises to say my account will be credited back instead they in March they deduction a premium which I also did not approve from my salary. To this day, I have not received my full money. This is the worst service I have ever received from an insurance company. I even had to request the consultant to cancel my policy because it is clear that this is what I will have to deal with in the future. This has caused a serious financial imbalance for me for the month. And it seems they are not even bothered by their action.
