Wrong statement on accident report

Complaint Letter<br> *** / ***<br> On the 29/07/2015 I was involved in an accident with another car on ondekkas &Cr swart while on the scene the traffic officer and the paramedic arrived.<br> Officer Peta ask for my driver license and I gave him the license. He was unable to take the statement to me because I was drowsy and confused. Then the paramedic took me to Leratong hospital , where I was treated. Officer Peta gave one of my coliegue a card with contact details. Officer Peta told my husband I will make a statement when I returned from the hospital.On the 30th of July 2015 I phoned the accident officer i was given the case number. On 04 /08 2015i went to city hall in roodepoort to make a statement and I was shocked to see and hear that a statement I s written and I told them that I didn't write a statement they gave me the officers name and badge number who was on the scene. I went to city of Joburg metropolitan police department to look for office. When I got there I spoke to officer Seduke he said officer Peta will start his shift @ 15:00.
