Water under the bridge

Hi, Second time in a very short space of time the road passing under neath the train bridge at Ellis Park was flooded. The drains don't work. No site of an traffic official or any notice of the road been flooded and that in mid traffic. Yet you pass the school and there goes Mr JMPD delivery vehicle delivering his / her child at the school. The vehicle is supposed to be used for business, not transport for your children. <br> When do JMPD intend going to the site, and directing traffic. I suppose just like on Heidelberg Road, when one stupit driver causes a view people to die. <br> <br> Make a plan with both the water and putting staff at the sight to direct traffic. This morning hold and behold, 1 wise guy decided to go around the block, drive up the 1 way, enter at the Shell Garage and re-enter the same road after the brdige. Not only was this thinking out of the box, but also putting him and all the followers, as we as SA residents are all like sheep, we follow. Get off your lazy buds, leave the coffee and do your jobs.
