useless

yesterday was involved in an accident around 10 am jmpd was there at the scene and took a statement and told me that will get case number via SMS same day even now im still waiting for SMS to complete my claim, i don't even know where to start as they told me they not even sure which police station they going to submit the satatement to, im ****ed.
