"Untouchable Law Officers"

The Driver (Metro Officer) of a Volkswagen Polo (sedan) registration number JF 35 CG GP with code OC 21 on the vehicle is a reckless driver. He surely does not own a legit vehicle driver's license. Luckily for him and unfortunately for us, he is ABOVE the Law so nothing will ever happen to him. Where are the days when we used to respect these so-called officers of the law?
