UNPROFESSIONAL AND ****** BEHAVIOUR

This morning I stopped out side the embassy building on aliwal street in durban, the driveway to the parking is less than 10 meters from a large taxi parking zone. to avoid obstructing any traffic i stopped in the marked area to follow other cars into the driveway. in the marked area there were 4 cars parked unattended. a metro police van stopped infront of the zone and the officer PS188 jumpped of and started writing the fine for a bmw infront of me. the 2 cars driven by black drivers took of behind me and were not stopped by the officer he smilled at them. althought i was seated in my car with hazards on and engine running he isssued me with a R3OO FINE for parking in a taxi zone. when i asked why he said GO TO COURT AND DEAL WITH IT. i asked him why he said becasue you never move when you saw me wer was i to move into oncoming traffic?. this is not fair i pay alot of tax every month and dont feel it was fair for me to be treated this way. i proceeded to the metro station to report this on the beach front. when i enquired to other metro police of what happened to me they stated what was done to me was wrong because i was seated in my car. durban metro chief please help.
