unfairly Dismissal

I was unfairly dismissed at JMPD in 2015. On charges of "Misconduct". The proper procedures were not followed, I believe that my case was politicized. The complaint went to the then MMC Office then to the Chief of police and ended up at Internal affairs. A warning was not given nor a suspension, just a straight dismissal. The prosecutor and my union rep,told me to plead guilty and I will get a small salary cut. To my surprise, I was dismissed. A month later the prosecutor who was then a Sergeant, was promoted to a Superintendent and the union rep got a new post at Metro centre. I made an appeal at the bargaining counseling with the help of a fellow colleague .the commissioner ordered reinstatement but the employer opted for review, The case went to labor court and it was sent back to bargaining counseling in 2019 and I lost the case.CCMA said there's nothing they can do,I was supposed to file a review within 6 weeks of the award.
