Traffic Fines not Captured in time

Good day Team<br> <br> on the 02/03/2015 i got a fine of not wearing a seat belt it says R125 if paid within 32 days and R280 if 32 days has lapsed,and i got it at Diepsloot Mall plum street R511 William Nicol Johannesburg Metro Police District infrastructure no : 4981 203F.i see at the back of the fine it mention methods of payment but no account number,i went to Diepsloot Mall ABSA and Post Office but they both told me their system no longer takes traffic fines and they don't even have the account number for manual payments.I went to Randburg traffic centre and was told to come after 30th because the fine it is not yet captured or it is still lying at Diepsloot JMPD centre waiting to be submitted for capturing,and im afraid it would have passed 32 days.<br> <br> please help me with bureacracy issues at this Traffic Centre,i see fines of Tshwane Metro and Bloemhof municipalities they have a banking details where you can pay a fine easily.iam of the opinion that this run around promote bribe to the officer had i paid it i wouldnt be in this frustration.<br> <br> kind regards
