Traffic Chaos - Conrad Drive

I experience terrible traffic incidents every single day coming down Mackay Street turning into Conrad Drive, Blairgowries. Drivers have NO regard for traffic rules and that includes taxis. I have been told the taxis are in cahoots with government which is why they simply drive around as they please. We contacted JMPD yesterday and I also personally asked two vehicles parked on the island in Fredman Drive for disruption in Sandton yesterday. This morning driving to work the JMPD were there to see to the ongoing problem. I just wanted to thank them for doing their jobs and carrying out their promise to me to rectify this daily mess by dishing out the appropriate fines. The traffic is SHOCKING there and drivers are beyond SELFISH. I am sick of this. Speeding down oncoming traffic and then cutting through Engen garage while the rest of us wait our turns.
