My daughter was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had to collect the accident report from the JMPD offices at the Roodepoort City Hall. She was dreading the trip there as she is in her 8th month of pregnancy and was convinced that she was going to be sent from pillar to post as is customary in many of our Government institutions. What a pleasant surprise to be treated efficiently and in a friendly manner. A big thumbs up and an even bigger thank you to those concerned.
