****** and Inconsiderate

<p>Good morning,</p> <p>Im very disappointed, annoyed and very irritated -fuming with anger for a metro cop this morning 13/02/2017 at 08h00.</p> <p>I was driving along Eloff Street JHB CBD, because traffic was chaotic on all other routes to get to Bree Street & Plein to drop of my colleaugue who had an urgent doctor's appointment.</p> <p>I asked, the metor cop R. Matome IA Name & Code(JMPD 4468) to please let us go as we running late for the appointment. My colleague had to get out and plead to this inconsiderate human being and to top it of "******" He refused, he wrote me a fine of R125 for driving in a lane where busses are. Yet, I told him its an urgent doctor's appointment my colleugue needs to go an see.</p> <p>He refused, to my suprise this "******" metro cop stopped me only out of 10-12 motorists passing same street. Taxi's, were passing. Nothing happened to them. One motorist, didnt even had his safety belt on, his car was (not even roadworthy), and this "******" metro cop let him off the hooks.</p> <p>How sad, to discriminate me and fined me for nothing *******. I'm always, without fail comply to rules and regulations on the roads. Only this one-time, that I had an emergency got the treatment.</p> <p>Im glad to say, I'm proudly coloured and a law abiding citizen of S.A.</p> <p>Please let me know, what can be done to this "******" metro cop. Also, what procedures are there to open a charge against this inconsiderate guy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed, and emotionally hurt for being insulted by this guy.</p>
