Racial treatment

I was stopped by 2 Afrikaner male metro police officers at main reef road Boksburg at 11:12 am today and they told me that I was speeding at 77.7 speed on a 60 speed zone while officer Laebenberg was writing my speed fine his partner stop another motorist who was also speeding , and when the officer got close to the white woman driver their conversation was different from my own , I actually took a video of their interaction , I got a R600 speeding fine but the white Afrikaans speaking woman did not , and when I ask the officer why he did not give her a speeding fine , he told me I can do what I want we the matter and they were laughing with his partner, and when I drove off he showed me the finger because I said I am going to report his ****** attitude while he is delivering his duty or responsibility as an EMPD employee , I think he can do that in his own personal capacity if he feels he still wants to be consumed by apartheid in this day and age of our democracy. Can someone from the department deal with this matter I believe the other motorist errespective of race should get a fine as much as I did.
