Poor Service_Certifying Document

I have recently visited Metro Police in Hammanskraal to certify my documents, I got there at about 7'o clock in the evening to be told that I can't be helped because there are no stamps after 6'O Clock and that they only certify from 6am to 6pm. Aren't these things (stamps) supposed to help the community? Then why is there someone/people leaving with stamps? What if I work and knock off late, will I be denied my right to certify because the station decided to set their own time to help people and nothing can be done outside the time they set? I find this so unfair and unreasonable! I would really like to understand the motive behind this concept otherwise Metro might as well operate from 6am to 6pm
