on the 26 Feb 2015 my DL was confisticated!

On the 26 Feb 2015 my DL was confisticated without any notice! I was overtaking on a solid line which I did not dispute! I was kept waiting on the incident for +-60min! Then I was escorted to Midrand JMPD office to get a fine, I was then instructed to go pay my fine on the same day so that I can get my DL back. I disputed to do as the officer was saying because it's against the law however he failed to come to his senses and give my DL back to me! I then left driving without a DL, I made several attempts to get my DL from this officer he still refused, then few weeks back I got a fine of driving without a DL. Today I was still in the Midrand JMPD offices however the failed to give my DL back. I am now losing it as I write this complain!
