Officer helps lost family

<p>Thank you so much to Sam Magola! We are from Pretoria and got so lost yesterday on our way to Alberton / Mayberry. The Waze on my phone took us through streets and towns we didn't even knew existed and to top that we got onto the wrong highway. It was our son's 7th birthday.... and you can just imagine how unhappy he was that we were wasting his precious birthday in a car whilst being lost!</p> <p>Sam Magola and his team were busy with a road block and we approached him for directions. He saw how frustrated we were, smiled , got in his car and told us to follow him! Needless to say he got us to our final destination..... From the incorrect highway to the correct highway, through little streets and corners..... just to arrive at our destination 20 minutes later!</p> <p>Thank you so much Sam - we haven't seen such an act of kindness in a very long time! (And our son felt very special that a Metro Police Officer especially escorted us! How cool is that!)</p> <p> </p>
