No case number 6 days after laying report for acc

Was in an accident on Friday the 24th of July, Metro police arrived at the scene about an hour later. They took our statements at the scene but could not give us a case number because the BMW they were driving did not have a radio...<br> they gave the 3 other people involved and myself 4 numbers to call at the Ekurhuleni Metro Police, they asked us to call on Monday morning and there would be a case number. We called on Monday and no case number... Tuesday and no case number... Wednesday and no case number... today is Thursday... they don't even answer the phones. this is the service I have come to expect from our boys in blue who are paid to SERVE AND PROTECT.<br> Highly disappointing as I cant even finalize my insurance claim... useless!
