I have completed AARTO 14 and AARTO 08 requesting you to revoke the enforcement order number *** which was issued under my name by the traffic officer without having me to sign for it. The enfocement was issued on the 02/02/2014, after I was issued with the ienforcement number *** with the cost of R1120.00 which i paid on the 05/06/2014. On this date I completed the AARTO 14 at city of Tshwane metro police at visagie street, but nothing was done, my application was not rejected or approved. I went t to city of Tshwane metro police to find out why, they said they don't know, they advice me to talk to AARTO revocation officer. At AARTO I spoke to Mpho chaane, he advice me to complete AARTO 14 and AARTO 08 again. AARTO office on the 09 December 2015 they told me they can't help me since I don't have original copy of my tickets. Traffic officer never gave any ticket he wrote a ticket n let me sign for it n he left without giving me any copy. I have been complaining since 2014 no one wants helt at city of Tshwane or AARTO offices. I don't know whether I should kill myself or what? bcos this municipality is failing me.
